How to become a participant of the investment fund.
Sale of investment certificates of the unit non-diversified closed investment fund «Fixed Money Income» is carried out on the basis of the statement for acquisition of investment certificates and the purchase and sale contract.
Sale is carried out by the dealer, securities Trader Ltd «Fincom Capital». Participants of the fund can be only legal bodies.
Statements for acquisition of investment certificates are accepted daily (in the working days) from 10:00 till 16:00. Certificate cost is defined on the basis of calculation of net assets of the fund for the date of a statement filing for acquisition.
Within 3 calendar days from the moment of the statement filing for acquisition of investment certificates and signing of the contract of purchase and sale Investor transfers money to the Company.
Property right of Investor for investment certificates is proved to be true an extract by a statement from a bank account of Investor at a securities Keeper.
Documents which are necessary for the participation in the fund:
•Statement for acquisition of investment certificates of the unit non-diversified closed investment fund "Fixed Money Income»;
•Copies of Constituent documents and certificates about state registration;
•Document, confirming the presence of power of attorney of a representative of a legal body for signing of the statement and the contract for purchase of investment certificates, and also copies of his passport and an identification code;
•Requisites of the bank account in UAH and requisites of the securities Keeper account.
•If Investor is a resident of the country with which an international contract of avoidance of the double taxation is signed and ratified by Verhovna Rada (supreme legislative body of Ukraine), Investor gives a certificate (or its notorial copy) which confirms, that  Investor is  a resident of such a country. In this case the Company during a money payment for investment certificates applies the rate of tax of income, received by Investor, provided by the international contract. This certificate must correspond to the form according to the legislation of the corresponding country, be properly incorporated and translated according to the legislation of Ukraine. Such certificate is valid till the end of a calendar year in which it is given out.
