Fund «Land Development»
Issue volume is 500 million UAH (100 US dollars). Duration term is 4 years.
Structure of assets:
- corporate rights of companies, which own (or rent) land plots, or in another way have the right to operate with (use) land plots (collective activity,the life possession right of a land plot etc.) for any purpose .
- corporate rights of companies which have received the permission from local autonomous bodies to take land plots for any purpose.
- cash assets and deposits.
Possibility of ICs redemption before the expire term of the fund can be provided and it depends on the term of acquisition of ICs:
- up to 2 years.: it is impossible
- more than 2 years.: with a warning for 4 months
Minimum sum of investment is 10 thousand UAH (2 thousand US dollars).
At the moment this fund is in the registration process of SSMSC.
