Fund «Office Real Estate»
Issue volume is 2.5 billion UAH (500 million US dollars). Duration term is 8 years.
Structure of assets:
- office Real Estate, located in the regional centers and cities with the population of more than 0,5 million people and in business parks, located not more than 5 km. from  Kiev;
- investment in office Real Estate in cities with the population less than one million people cannot exceed 20 % of net assets value of the fund;
- investment in office Real Estate not in Kiev, beginning from the 2nd year of the fund existence , cannot exceed 50 % of net assets value of the fund;
- maximum investment in one project, beginning from the 3rd year of existence of the fund, cannot exceed 20 % of net assets value of the fund;
- investment in objects of Real Estate without a permission to carry out building activities  is forbidden;
- investment in objects of Real Estate is allowed in case when a general builder has an experience in building of office Real Estate;
- corporate rights of companies, which own or in any way invest means for the subsequent receiving in the ownership above - mentioned Real Estate objects according to the  above - listed restrictions;
- cash assets and deposits (including in foreign currency).
Possibility of ICs redemption before the expire term of the fund is provided and it depends on the term form the moment of acquisition of ICs:
 - up to 4 years.: it is impossible;
 - more than 4 years.: with the prevention for 6 months.
Minimum sum of investment is 50 thousand UAH (10 thousand US dollars).
At the moment this fund is in the registration process at SSMSC.
