Project description
Architecture: the modern project, which considers climatic features of east Crimean coast and is executed in traditional Mediterranean style with the big windows, balconies.
The territory area - 0,67 hectares
The settlement project - 19 townhouse a free lay-out with plot of land attached to the house, communications, security house. The standard lay-out includes following premises: a hall, a drawing room, a kitchen-dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a technical premise, garage or a premise under a sauna or pool. You can choose one of two kinds of townhouse: face with an additional balcony or common. Each townhouse has a separate input, entrance to garage, land with security and additional individual illumination.
